MINDSET

Mindset is key when it comes to managing one or more chronic illnesses. We will work to enhance your mindset, giving you coping strategies for life’s toughest challenges. Stress is one of the worst things for illnesses, so mitigating as much stress as possible will be one of the focus areas in our time together.

MOVEMENT

I'm sure you've heard the saying, "motion is lotion". Whether your struggling with a condition that affects your joints/connective tissue or not, finding ways to stay active is extremely important in managing chronic illness. One type of movement isn't right for everyone, so we will work together to find what your body responds best to.

CONFIDENCE & MOTIVATION

Dealing with chronic illness can be very isolating. Sometimes it can feel like no one around you understands what you're going through. As someone who's walking a similar path, I will always be in your corner supporting you and motivating you to keep pushing forward. We're in this together!

NUTRITION & SUPPLEMENTATION

While I am not a nutritionist, there are certain tweaks we can make in your diet to eliminate some of the harmful chemicals that aren't as widely known about. If you're interested in supplementation, I can guide you in that as well. I strongly believe that there is not a "one size fits all" approach to individual diets. Part of the work we'll do together will be to find what makes your body thrive!

Every warrior has their own journey and their own goals. There isn't one way to approach chronic illness, which is why I only offer 1-on-1 coaching at this time. I want to focus my time on YOU!
