I'm Laura!
I help chronic illness warriors go from

I'm a chronic illness warrior,
just like you!
It's important to have someone who understands what you're going through. Since 2020, I have had my hands full taking on multiple chronic conditions. In the last 4 years, I've been diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis, endometriosis, adenomyosis, interstitial cystitis, uterine fibroids, and granuloma annulare. I'm persistent in my pursuit for the best life possible while facing the many challenges that come with these conditions.
Wanting to learn more about the mind and body, I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Certified Life Coach through the Integrative Wellness Academy. Aside from these certifications, I find that my lived experiences (and trying everything under the sun) have given me invaluable information about how to help myself and others live the best life possible while living with chronic illnesses.
I demand more for myself and for you too!
So Much More Than Chronic Illness
While chronic illness is a big part of my life, there's a lot more to me than my health conditions. I am fortunate enough to maintain my job at Universal Studios dancing in the Marilyn and the Diamond Bellas show. I used to do many dancing and stilt walking jobs aside from Universal. Since getting rheumatoid arthritis, I've had to step away from those jobs, but I'm grateful I'm still able to dance at Universal.
Aside from work, I love to go hiking in the mountains with my partner of 13 years, Andrew. We travel often, usually basing our trips around the best hiking spots. We have the sweetest cat named Jasper who we love more than anything! Together, Andrew and I love doing yoga, home projects, and working on our businesses together. In and out of work, I live a full and happy life!
